Grandpa Slug Bug

Acrylic painting of a Volkswagen Bus carrying a surf board. Our youngest would search the streets for Volkswagen bugs or buses when she was a little girl. If we saw a Volkswagen bus on the road, we called "Grandpa Slug Bug" and punched the person seated next to us. This painting is a tribute to my brother-in-love, Steve who owned a Grandpa Slug Bug when I met him.
