As part of the efforts to reduce stigma throughout Sacramento County, the County is excited to kick off their annual Mental Health Awareness Month art exhibits.
I support others living with a mental health condition by submitting artwork that will help dispel myths and stereotypes and promote messages of wellness, hope, and recovery.
By the end of the month, I hope to hand deliver my "Power, Love, and a Sound Mind" 10 X 10-inch acrylic painting to the County of Sacramento. By the end of April, they will tell us where our artwork is being displayed. SO, please stay tuned and I will let you know when and where you can view this piece.
